LEADROVA provides customer-management software, with an AI assistant, that businesses of many kinds (from car dealerships to clinics, studios and service companies) use to answer customer texts, text back missed calls, book appointments and send reminders and follow-ups. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Who this covers

Business users who sign up for LEADROVA, and customers of those businesses who text or call a business that uses LEADROVA. When you contact a business, that business decides how your information is used; we process it on their behalf.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, mobile number, email, and the language you write or speak in.
• Messages and calls you exchange with the business: texts, call details (such as the time and length of a call) and voicemails you leave.
• Appointment details and the information you share about what you need (for example, a vehicle of interest or a service problem).
• For business users: account, billing and usage information, and, if you connect a Google Calendar, the times you're busy (not the details of your other events).

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule and remind you of appointments, and connect you with the business's staff.
• To keep a record the business can see, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
• To operate, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver the service, under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS terms.

Service providers

These companies process information on our behalf to run the service:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and background processing.
• Vercel: hosting of the website and app.
• Twilio: sending and receiving texts and calls, and storing voicemails.
• Anthropic: the AI model that writes the assistant's replies and translates messages for the business's team.
• Stripe: payments for business plans (we don't store card numbers).
• Google: calendar sync, only for team members who connect their Google Calendar.
• For dealerships: the U.S. Census Bureau's address lookup (to find the county for sales tax on an estimate) and the NHTSA vehicle database (a VIN only, to fill in vehicle details).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember which business you're working in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

AI assistance

Replies may be written by an AI assistant working for the business. If you ask whether you're talking to a person or AI, the assistant will tell you. A person at the business can review the conversation and step in at any time.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as the business keeps its account, or as needed for legal and security reasons, then delete it. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the business that owns it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts. To access, correct or delete your information, contact the business you dealt with, or contact us at leadrova.support@gmail.com.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
